The trainer responsible for the course delivery will be involved in the content design from the initial stages and will visit the Client to fully understand their required learning outcomes. We take into account the skill levels and experience of delegates taking care to understand the most suitable methods to deliver the material. Where appropriate pre-course activity enables participants to maximise their time on the course.

During the training event our tutors make powerful connections by systematically combining accelerated learning techniques, experiential learning opportunities together with more traditional methods.

Naturally, following the course we undertake an evaluation process as an integral part of the event, encouraging delegate’s to de-brief their managers on lessons learnt and how these can be integrated.

Our “Change Agreement” enables us to reinforce salient learning points for up to one year.
