Transferring the learning from a training event is critical. We appreciate the challenges delegates face in maintaining the momentum once they return to work and have developed a process to remind delegates of their key goals.

Our Change Agreement process, whereby we stay in contact on a monthly basis with every course participant for a contracted period of time (usually 1 year), ensures that they get the support needed to bring about real change in their performance. We encourage and assist participants to identify practical steps that will maximise both their business and personal performance allowing them to accomplish the ‘highest and best’ results.

Our monthly reminders provide a catalyst for ongoing and continuous improvement or kaisan, as the Japanese call it. We also invite students to contact us with queries via Email or telephone. We don't claim a 24 x 7 service but we do guarantee a response.

When surveyed, 75% of participants found the Change Agreement ‘Extremely Beneficial’ in helping to transfer skills from a course to their work.
