Q. What is the typical class size?
A. It depends on the event but typically it will be between 8 to 12. Some of our courses will take up to 25 participants.

Q. Where are courses conducted?
A. Assuming suitable accommodation is available they can take place on the client’s own premises or offsite at a conference centre of hotel.

Q. What courseware do our delegates receive?
A. All delegates receive notes and handouts at the commencement of the course and will also takeaway a set of key learning points.

Q. Are all courses residential?
A. No, not all our courses are residential. Please call us for further details.

Q. What are typical start/end times?
A. Courses typically start at 08:30 and conclude at 18:00 although naturally times can be adjusted to suit the Client’s wishes.
